With fear and trepidation we await the diagnosis, and when the doctor pronounces the word "Alzheimer's" or "Dementia," our heart drops. Though we suspected it, hearing it named brings the reality into sharper focus. What will we do? How will we manage? And, oh, how hard it will be to see our loved one slip away from us one day at a time. Our guest today understands these emotions, in fact, she's lived them.
