Archbishop Raymond Burke, Prefect of the Supreme Tribunal of the Apostolic Signatura, has issued a statement condemning the misuse of a taped interview between himself and pro life activist Randall Terry of Operation Rescue that is being made to look as if he is participating in Terry’s “campaign of severe criticism of certain fellow bishops.”

Study Finds Alarming Amount of Drugs in U.S. Waterways

The first nationwide study of the amount of human drugs found in the nation’s fish population has uncovered an alarming cocktail of pharmaceuticals in fish caught near  wastewater treatment plants serving five major U.S. cities. The results have prompted the Environmental Protection Agency to expand its study to 150 additional locations in the U.S.

Meeting Between Pro Life Leaders and White House Rep Produces “Nothing New”

Congressman Says Presidents Must Verify Eligibility

Court Orders FDA to Dispense Plan B to Minors

A U.S. District Court has ruled that 17 year old girls should have unrestricted access to Plan B, also known as “emergency contraception.” The ruling overrides the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirement that minors obtain a prescription for the potentially dangerous drug. Under the pro-abortion Obama administration, the FDA is not expected to appeal the ruling.
