Judge Refuses to Block Indiana Law Defunding Planned Parenthood

Just hours after Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels signed a law that cuts off all taxpayer funding to Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider filed for a temporary restraining order to block implementation, but a federal judge has refused to grant it.

Support for Marriage Costs Gold Medalist His Job

Homosexual activists forced Olympic Gold Medalist Peter Vidmar to resign his position as the U.S. chef de mission for the 2012 Olympic Games after it was discovered that he donated $2,000 to Proposition 8, California’s ballot initiative that banned same-sex marriage.

Navy Suspends Decision to Allow Same-Sex Marriages

Late yesterday afternoon, the U.S. Navy responded to pressure from dozens of House members by abruptly suspending implementation of a decision that would have allowed chaplains to perform same-sex unions when the Pentagon approves the repeal of the military’s “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” policy later this year.
