A massive backlash is growing on the Internet and social media against A&E for suspending popular Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson from the hit show because of comments he made about homosexuality.
The Archdiocese of New York not only won a major victory against Obamacare’s contentious birth control mandate this week, but a U.S. District Court Judge awarded them the first permanent injunction against the law which takes effect in just two weeks.

Instead of wasting $630,000 worth of taxpayer money to attract followers to the State Department’s Facebook and Twitter account, why not send every taxpaying household in America a copy of U.S. Senator Tom Coburn’s (R-OK) annual oversight report – Wastebook 2013 – so they can see exactly what the government is doing with their hard-earned dollars?
St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross (St. Edith Stein) wrote, “On the question of relation to our fellow men — our neighbor’s spiritual need transcends every commandment. Everything else we do is a means to an end. But love is an end already, since God is love.”
These words express a great truth and they should be at the heart of every action we perform for another, especially as we seek to enter more deeply into the very heart of God given to us through His Son, Jesus Christ.
