A close ally of Mary is the archangel St Michael. He is associated with honoring her, causing her to be honored and tending to her devotees on earth. St Michael is the ally of all those who make the true devotion and should be called upon to promote true devotion and to acquire the grace to live it. We grow in our love for Mary and in our fidelity to the practice of true devotion by earnestly seeking St. Michael’s intercession and protection.
