“Frequent and daily Communion is greatly desired by our Lord and the Church.”
~St. Pius X
For Reflection:
How often do I receive Communion during the week? If it is less than seven, what can I do to adjust my schedule to receive at least one additional time? To what extent do I think this is really important? (See the next three Grace Lines for some very good reasons.)

8. CONFESSING OUR SINS
8.1 Sacramental Confession; a meeting with Christ.
When we go to receive this sacrament we must think of Christ above all else. We must make sure He is the center of this sacramental act. God’s glory and love must be more important than our sins. We need to look at Jesus much more than at ourselves. We must keep our eyes on His goodness rather than our own wretchedness, because interior life is a dialogue of love in which God is always the point of reference.
