A Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi
All high and glorious God,
Cast Your light into the darkness of my heart.
Give me right faith, perfect charity, and a profound humility,
With wisdom and perception, O Lord, that I might know
And do what is truly Your holy and perfect will.
~Amen
For Reflection:
Which attribute in this prayer do I most need today? I will now ask God, in my own words, to grace me with it for His honor and glory.

Introduction
It’s no secret that we live in a pornified culture. Erotic images seem to be everywhere. From billboards and magazines to television and the Internet, porn is difficult to avoid. Pornography has been around for thousands of years; however, the advent of the Internet has made it more accessible than ever. Prior to the Internet, if a man wanted to view pornography, he had to go out and search for it. This usually meant traveling to a local video rental store to find a videotape or DVD in the “back room”. For others it required traveling to a seedy part of town and entering an “adult bookstore”, hoping that no one would see him entering or exiting the establishment.
