Do you love God for Himself, or do you love Him because of all He does for you? Today, ask Him to fill your heart with an increase of pure love and gratitude for Him!

Today’s Reflection:

Discerning when God is calling you to rest and wait, and when He is calling you to actively do something, is very important. He gives us the tools needed to live out our lives according to His will and purpose; He is also actively involved in every single thing we do. So ask Him to guide you, and then take the steps He calls you to!

Each soul we meet needs something different from us. Who in your life needs a simple hand of guidance? Ask our Father today to show you how to lead someone to Him!

What do you hold onto in your life that is simply a desire of your own will? What in your life isn’t of God, something that isn’t God’s will? How can you trust Him more today with His will and relinquish your own?

Run! Run to Jesus! He, our true Love, is the fulfillment of everything in this world. How is He calling you deeper into friendship with Him at this very minute?

Today’s Reflection:

Falling at the feet of Our Lord is so important, as humility is so necessary in our lives. We are to be filled with this most beautiful holy fear of God, rather than an arrogance in our own prestige. Nothing we do is completed on our own. Let’s remember this as we progress in this spiritual journey–all change must flow from our Father’s mercy and grace!
