Whoever eats the bread and drinks the cup

July 1
“Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of profaning the body and blood of the Lord. Let a man examine himself, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For any one who eats and drinks without discerning the body eats and drinks judgment upon himself. That is why many of you are weak and ill, and some have died.”
-1 Corinthians 11:23 – 30

By way of the Rosary

October 2
“Mary took my weakness and gave me her strength; she took my fear and gave me her trust; she took my insecurity and gave me her confidence. And it all came by way of the Rosary.”
– Johnnette Benkovic Williams
Today’s Reflection:
Ask the Holy Spirit to shed light upon the areas of your life where you are fearful, insecure, or lacking trust. During your Rosary today, ask Our Lady to give you her strength, her trust, and her confidence.

Love the Madonna

October 1
“Some people are so foolish that they think they can go through life without the help of the Blessed Mother. Love the Madonna and pray the Rosary,
for her Rosary is the weapon against the evils of the world today.
All graces given by God pass through the Blessed Mother.”
-St. Padre Pio
Today’s Reflection:
In light of St. Padre Pio’s message, pray about making the commitment to pray the rosary daily throughout the month of May to grow closer to Our Blessed Mother and in honor of the Centenary of the Fatima messages.
How will you respond?
