In response to the postponement of the Beatification of Fulton J. Sheen, Bishop Daniel Jenky of the Diocese of Peoria is asking the faithful to join him in a special nine-day novena to “petition God unceasingly” that the postponed Cause may move forward to the Beatification and Canonization of Fulton Sheen.

Bishop Daniel R. Jenky, CSC sent a letter to the priests and faithful of the Diocese of Peoria, Illinois informing them that the Blessed Sacrament is to be returned to its rightful place in the center of the sanctuary within five years.
