When given permission by a judge to decide how he wanted to attend school, James Younger, the seven-year-old boy whose mother insisted that he attend school as a girl, has chosen to be who he is – a boy.
In a case that has gripped the nation, a judge has ruled that the father of 7-year-old James Younger, whose mother says he wants to be girl, will have joint custody of the child and that all medical decisions will be made jointly.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott, the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services have announced that they are looking into the case of James Younger, 7, whose parents are locked in a bitter dispute over whether or not the child wants to transition.
A jury has ruled against the father of a seven-year-old boy who was trying to protect his son after his mother enrolled him in school as a girl and expressed her intention to have the child undergo the transition process.
