Every time we pray the Rosary and every week during the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, we profess our faith.

We say, we believe in God, we believe in His Son Jesus Christ, we believe in the Virgin birth, we believe in His salvific action, we believe in the Resurrection, we believe in the Second Coming, we believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the Communion of Saints, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.

But, is faith, the theological virtue of faith, simply a statement of belief? Is there something more to faith? And how do we know we have faith, really have it? And how does Our Blessed Lady encourage us in its pursuit?

These are the questions we will explore today in light of Mary, Our Sorrowful Mother.
