Today is the concluding episode of our four-part series with guests Alan Migliorato and Darryl Dziedzic, authors of the book, Failing Forward: Leadership Lessons for Catholic Teens Today. Throughout this series, they’ve introduced us to the COPEC method, a five-step process to aid our teens to be the leaders God intends for them to be. We’ve discovered the importance of challenge, the benefit of failure, the power of parental observation, the need to process decisions made and actions taken, and the influence of honest evaluation. We’ll wrap up with the final step — simply complete and repeat. In other words, challenge again!
