Imagine a spiritual work of such magnitude that it immediately prompted a future Doctor of the Church, St. Therese of Lisieux, to enter the Carmelite Order. What would be the topic of such a work? Its title tells it all: “The End of the Present World and the Mysteries of the Future Life,” by Father Charles Arminjon. St. Therese says of it, “Reading this book was one of the greatest graces of my life.” But it was nearly lost to us, and would have been were it not for the efforts of our guest today. She’s here to tell us about this effort and to share with us why this book can be one of the great graces in your life, too.
