Since 1973, America has been embroiled in a battle over abortion. Embroiled also are those who have fought for life and sacrificed much to see it protected. On June 24 of this year, a victory was won when the United States Supreme Court overturned the controversial Roe versus Wade ruling and returned the abortion decision to the States. But the battle is far from over both for the protection of the unborn and their mothers, but also for the mindset of the culture that has for 50 years permitted, and often extolled, the killing of children in the womb.
