I'm So Sorry!

“Get rid of all bitterness, all passion and anger, harsh words, slander, and malice of every kind. In place of these, be kind to one another, compassionate, and mutually forgiving, just as God has forgiven you in Christ."

-Ephesians 4:31-32

For Reflection:

The first sentence in this passage from Scripture lists many of the spiritual “vermin” that plague our souls. The second sentence provides the spiritual “pesticide” to eradicate them. What one vermin do I need to get rid of and which spiritual remedy listed can I use?
