According to a new report by the watchdog group, Judicial Watch (JW), a former Merck employee named Dr. Bernard Dalbergue has revealed that decision-makers "at all levels" know that the cervical cancer vaccine is ineffective, has deadly side effects and serves no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturer.
"Gardasil is useless and costs a fortune!" Dalbergue said. "In addition, decision-makers at all levels are aware of it!"
Dalbergue's accusations are the most disturbing yet about the vaccine which was fast-tracked through the Food and Drug Administration and vigorously promoted by the Obama administration as a kind of "miracle shot" that can prevent certain strains of cervical cancer caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV).
"Instead it’s been linked to thousands of debilitating side effects, according to the government’s own daunting statistics," JW reports. These include paralysis, convulsions, blindness and dozens of deaths.
Because U.S. law prevents anyone from suing Merck or any other vaccine manufacturer due to the granting of total immunity from civil lawsuits in 1986 by the U.S. Congress, this legal protection gives them a free pass to put as many vaccines into the market as they want to, reports Health Impact Daily News, the news outlet that translated Dalbergue's new information after it was published in a French health magazine.
And because the National Institute of Health receives royalties from the sale of Gardasil, "don’t expect objective, true information from the U.S. mainstream media, or your U.S. doctor," they report.
According to Dalbergue, "the full extent of the Gardasil scandal needs to be assessed: everyone knew when this vaccine was released on the American market that it would prove to be worthless."
He continued: “I predict that Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all times because at some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine, technical and scientific feat that it may be, has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill, serve no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers.”
For those who are hoping that the vaccine may be pulled off the market, he says this will never happen.
"There is far too much financial interest for these medicines to be withdrawn."
Dalbergue's bombshell comes at the same time that the French government issued a stinging rebuke of the vaccine, blasting it's safety record in Europe.
Michèle Rivasi, MEP Vice-Chair of the Greens/EFA in the European Parliament said he believes that clinical trials of Gardasil were not conducted following the rules of science.
As a result, “Today in Europe, many young women, aged 18-24 years without medical history are affected with very debilitating diseases that could be attributed directly to vaccination,” Rivasi's statement read.
He goes on to tell the story of a 15-year-old healthy girl who was hospitalized with multiple sclerosis within months of receiving Gardasil. The girl temporarily lost her sight and the use of her legs, according to a French government announcement, which lists other victims.
He also states that "there is no evidence to date demonstrating efficacy of the vaccine against the occurrence of cervical cancer! Twenty years back would still be necessary to obtain such evidence, however, the duration of vaccine protection is limited in time."
Also problematic is the presence of aluminum adjuvant in the vaccine. "The aluminum migrates into the body and reaches the brain, where it accumulates. There are many adverse effects noted: death, convulsions, syncope, Guillain-Barré syndrome, transverse myelitis, facial paralysis, chronic fatigue syndrome, autoimmune diseases, pulmonary embolisms, myofasciitis macrophages, pancreatitis . . ."
The statement goes on to chastise what it calls an “indecent campaign” of lobbying and aggressive advertising to promote Gardasil in Europe by playing on the fears of guilt among mothers. “Protect your daughter, this is what is more natural for a mother,” the French announcement says, revealing that one of the commercials has been banned by a medical agency for “lack of objectivity.”
Meanwhile, the U.S. government continues to push this vaccine while covering up its debilitating side effects, JW reports.
"In fact, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends it for girls starting at age 9 and just a few months ago distributed a 13-minute DVD claiming the side effects are limited to a 'a little pain and discomfort' and 'dizziness and stomach aches'."
However, JW has obtained documents from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealing that it is very well aware of the problems. Its National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) has awarded nearly $6 million to dozens of victims in claims made against the very HPV vaccine it is pushing on children.
