If you thought the vulgar messaging of the Women’s March and the pointlessness of the A Day Without a Woman campaign was bad, feminists have come up with yet another way to embarrass us all by planning to send President Trump a statue of a vagina stuffed with letters from women around the world. (Sigh)

Yes, you heard it right. As the Huffington Post gleefully reports, a new campaign called #ReadMyLips is asking women to write to President Trump with their concerns about women’s rights and health.

“The letters will then be delivered to the White House in a most conspicuous packaging ― a large vagina sculpture made by Dan Castelli, a former specialty-prop fabricator at ‘Saturday Night Live’,” the Post reports.

They go on to say that the project is the “brainchild” of Mogul, a social media platform designed for women. Mogul decided to take the concerns expressed in the  #ReadMyLips campaign, which came into being after the 2016 election as a way for women to express their concerns to the new president, and send them to the president inside a giant vagina.

“By having the statue as this shape, it empowers women to be proud of their sexuality and bodies,” Michelle Wen, a student organizer from Cornell, explained in a statement. “Women have nothing to hide; we only have our determination, spirit, and strong minds to be proud of.”

Thankfully, not all women agree with her idea that women who are proud of who they are need to resort to pu**yhats and mock vaginas to make their point. This is apparent in some of the messages already posted on the Mogul site.

Such as this one from Kayla Segura: “You are a huge embarrassment to this country. You make women feel little with your ugly remarks. . .”

Another woman named Rhonda Williams wrote: “This letter will not be like most in the pu**yhat women's silly pu**y pinata. My requests of you are real and not some fictitious equality thing . . . or birth control dilemma that can easily be remedied by not being a stupid (expletive).”

The eruption on Twitter was even more hilarious. Women responded to a video about the campaign posted by NowThisNews, in which a woman explains that women want to voice their concerns in a “classy, classy, classy . . . I can’t stress classy enough, way . . .” by sending the president a letter inside a giant vagina.

Seriously? Is this how we convince the president that we’re more than just the sum of our lady parts – by sending him all of our most heartfelt concerns in a giant statue of our lady parts?

“Good Lord, some women are just stupid,” tweeted @laurakfillault.

@DeborahKDoran1 wrote: “Not cool or funny ladies. This is not how you get our message across.”

@ImmaWilding sarcastically wrote: “You send an unsolicited sexual gesture to someone to prove that sexual harassment is wrong. Good idea.”

“This is not how you will be taken seriously,” wrote @senatorshoshana. “We are more than our crotches.”

The only good news in all of this is that this tasteless portrayal of femininity is coming from the minority who haven’t quite figured out that no one put them in charge of the women’s movement. Eventually, they’ll figure this out.

In the meantime, it will give those of us who embrace authentic femininity the perfect opportunity to show the world just how classy real women can be.
