Nadine Brown Issues Statement

The founder of the recently suppressed Intercessors of the Lamb has issued a statement to members and supporters of her apostolate, promising that their mission will continue and their charism remains unchanged.
Nadine Brown, who resigned as head of the Intercessors of the Lamb several weeks ago, said in a newly released statement that she has always been faithful to the local Archbishop and the Church and she intends to continue to do so. "Obedience has been and continues to be a hallmark of our charism as reflected in the Lamb of God Himself," she writes.
Her statemetn also clarifies that it is the Association of Hermit Intercessors that has been suppressed, not the Companions, who can continue to participate in the intercessory mission of the Lamb.
"Companions have never made vows; however, many of you have made promises to live in the spirit of the Beatitudes as taught by Jesus in His Sermon on the Mount. Since the Companions have never been part of the Public Association of the Hermit Intercessors of the Lamb, the suppression of the Public Association of the Hermit Intercessors of the Lamb does not mean that this extends to you as Companions," she says.
She includes new contact information in her statement, and promises to send an official mailing to all Companion groups in the near future.
