Today's Reflection:
Thérèse was not concerned about what other people thought of her because God’s opinion was all that mattered. How swayed am I by the opinion of others? Whose opinion matters the most to me in life? How much does God’s opinion really matter to me?
Dear Thérèse, I’m too often more concerned about my reputation in the eyes of others than I am about God’s opinion of me. Pray for me that I might have the grace to overcome my need for human respect and aim to please God first and foremost.
