In what will be the most important decision yet on ObamaCare, a three-judge panel on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals charged with hearing a 26-state challenge to the health care reform law appeared uneasy during oral arguments yesterday with a requirement that forces Americans to buy healthcare or pay a fine.

King & Spalding, the Atlanta-based law firm that abruptly dropped the U.S. House of Representative's case to defend the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) not only lost one of its most prominent lawyers over the decision, but the State of Virginia has just ended its partnership with the firm because of the "weakness" it displayed in caving into pressure by homosexual activists.

The lawyer who stepped in to defend the federal ban on gay marriage after it was abandoned by the Obama Administration said he will continue to fight for the law in spite of resigning from the law firm that was bullied into dropping the case by homosexual activists.
