In yet another example of a small minority of people imposing their will on the majority, a new poll has found that the overwhelming majority of New York state residents not only oppose late-term term but would limit abortion to the first three months of pregnancy - which means most residents oppose the radical Reproductive Health Act passed in January.

Pro-abortion legislators claimed a major victory on the 46th anniversary of Roe v. Wade when they passed one of the most draconian abortion laws in the U.S. which essentially permits abortion at any time until birth, claims a child isn’t human until it’s born, eliminates protection for babies born alive after abortion, and allows non-physicians to perform the procedure.
New York's Radical Abortion Bill Dies Once Again
Lawmakers in New York were once again blocked from passing a radical new abortion law that would have greatly expanded abortion in the state and allowed abortions to be performed by any "qualified, licensed healthcare practitioner."
