Fr. Robert Barron on Abortion

Fr. Robert Barren's recent video commentary about the recently published abortion statistics for New York is excellent and well worth watching.  The numbers are sobering, particularly with regard to the disproportionate rates of abortions among the African American community.  He highlights how the pro-abortion community is fueling these frightening trends and the need for greater education and support for those who feel they are left without options when faced with a crisis pregnancy.  Definitely a must see during this week in which we reflect and pray about the devastating Roe vs. Wade decision.

Thousands Brave Bitter Cold to Stand for Life

PA Dept of Health in Hot Water After Grisly Abortion Clinic Find

The release of a grand jury report on the West Philadelphia abortion clinic that was dubbed a "shop of horrors" by investigators reveals that Pennsylvania's Department of Health (DOH) deliberately chose not to enforce laws that require much higher safety standards in the state's abortion clinics.

Abortionist Charged with Murdering Newborns with Scissors

An abortionist whose practice catered to poor minorities has been charged with eight counts of murder in the deaths of one woman and seven babies who were born alive and then killed by severing their spinal cords with a scissor.

Vanderbilt Alters Nursing Application After Abortion Requirement Protest

In response to a legal complaint filed against the school for demanding that all nursing school students participate in abortions, Vanderbilt University has  decided to "clarify the language" on its application to reassure pro-life applicants that they can opt out of any procedures that violate their religious or moral convictions.
