Planned Parenthood and its allies in the abortion industry may be fighting a losing battle in their efforts to prevent videos of employees bartering over fetal body parts as attorneys general in 20 states band together to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to release the videos.
Attorneys representing David Daleiden filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court seeking a review of a lower court decision to impose a gag rule on the pro-life videographer which prevents him from releasing additional footage that exposes the abortion industry’s trafficking of human body parts.
In what is being hailed as a huge victory for the pro-life cause, a California court tossed out 14 of the 15 felony charges filed against pro-life activists David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt after they released videos of abortion industry workers engaged in the trafficking of fetal body parts.
Lawyers representing David Daleiden, the videographer who released damning footage of abortion industry workers trafficking in fetal body parts in 2015, have filed a motion to have the judge in the case disqualified because of his ties to Planned Parenthood.
One of the most graphic of all videos released thus far from David Daleiden of the Center for Medical Progress depicts the true depravity of the people working in the abortion industry who are caught joking and laughing at a conference about “pulling off a leg or two” and eyeballs dropping into their laps during abortion procedures.
At the same time that pro-life videographer, David Daleiden, was releasing yet another scandalous video showing the callous disregard for human life in America’s abortion industry, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra charged Daleiden with 15 felony counts related to the secret recordings that proved so damaging to Planned Parenthood.
