Am I looking toward the Heavens on this day, hoping to be there with the saints at the end of my earthly days or do I just keep my nose to the grindstone waiting for the last minute to prepare for my journey’s end? Will I have that opportunity or be taken by an unforeseen death?

A comprehensive study in order to indicate the affinity of ideas found in the Diary of [Saint] Maria Faustina and this encyclical (not to mention their probable interdependence) would be most welcome. These salient points certainly are numerous, for they draw their inspiration from the same source; namely, from the revelation of God and the teaching of Christ.
