In spite of the President's triumphant speech about the formal end to U.S. combat operations in Iraq, made only days after the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) reported that the 2009 stimulus package cost more than the entire Iraq war, now the Iraqis are saying the pullout is poorly timed and is leaving them with no government, and no security.
