Lesbian-led Group Targets Franciscan University Course on Deviant Behavior

Members of a Facebook group for gay and lesbian alumni of Franciscan University of Steubenville have reported the school to officials responsible for accrediting academic social work programs because of a course that calls homosexuality a "deviant behavior" along with other behaviors such as prostitution, drug use, rape and murder.

Massive 9/11 Lawsuit Could Cost MA Port Authority Billions

The Massachusetts Port Authority could be charged billions of dollars in damages in a lawsuit filed by the owners of the World Trade Center who are accusing the agency of "abysmal" security at Logan Airport on September 11, 2001, when two outbound jets were hijacked in the attacks.
