A group of Satanists tried to disrupt a Planned Parenthood protest on Saturday by showing up garbed as priests and dousing two women in milk in protest of the “theocratic agenda imposed on female bodies” by the loudly praying crowd who surrounded them.

The Washington Examiner is reporting on the episode which took place outside the Detroit and Ferndale Planned Parenthood locations in Michigan on Saturday. It was one of hundreds of protests nationwide that drew tens of thousands of citizens into the streets to call for the defunding of Planned Parenthood after undercover videos revealed its abhorrent practice of harvesting and selling fetal baby parts.

Several members of the Satanic Temple of Detroit, some clad in black robes and others dressed as priests, showed up at the scene of the prayerful rally in Detroit carrying gallons of milk. Two of their members then knelt on the sidewalk and allowed themselves to be doused in the milk, which was supposed to symbolize breast milk.

Behind the theatrics a woman held up a sign that read, “America is not a theocracy. End forced motherhood.”

All the while, the surrounding protestors can be heard loudly praying the Our Father, Hail Mary and Prayer to St. Michael.

At one point, a man sporting a holstered firearm tried to chase off the Satanists by claiming he was a sheriff, but the protestors refused to move unless they saw his badge.

The theatrics were finally interrupted when the local police arrived and escorted the Satanists off the premises which caused a burst of applause from the protestors.
