Although there can never be a “right” way to advertise for emergency contraception, an advertisement by a British sexual health clinic could not have gotten it more wrong by featuring a sky-high stiletto and tube of lipstick alongside a pink pacifier while asking the question, "Would you give up this for this?"

A U.S. District Court has ruled that 17 year old girls should have unrestricted access to Plan B, also known as “emergency contraception.” The ruling overrides the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requirement that minors obtain a prescription for the potentially dangerous drug. Under the pro-abortion Obama administration, the FDA is not expected to appeal the ruling.
