New Bill Will Strip Abortion Funding from ObamaCare

Almost 60 lawmakers are co-sponsoring a new bill designed to counter a mandate in ObamaCare that will provide taxpayer funding of abortions should Congress ever fail to pass the Hyde Amendment.
