A 36 year-old man was caught secretly filming a woman as she was trying on clothes at a Target store in South Jersey and police say his phone and laptop contain hundreds of other images suggesting the man has been violating women’s privacy for some time.

A woman trying on clothes in a Target dressing room in The Woodlands, Texas caught a man trying to videotape her with his cell phone. Meanwhile, Target staff stood by and did nothing to help her.
